Establishing presets within DAPHNE® allows you to customize proofs, photo packages and options to suit each individual school or event and save these programs to use from season to season.
Package: a set of products, print sizes and price. Ex: Package C consists of two 5×7 prints, four 2.5×3.5 prints and a calendar for a price of $30.
Program: a set of Proofs, Packages and Options that can be different based on school, season, theme (soccer, baseball) or business model (proof, prepay, spec).
Packages and Programs are stored in DAPHNE®, making it fast and easy for you to change or create new sales materials.
