Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the position holder is to respond to incoming calls and emails to provide high-quality customer service, including offering client’s information about our products and their orders.  
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Efficiently process customer inquiries and orders for our photo studios (received by phone, email, and/or in person), while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and update the database containing all orders placed for our photo studios.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their orders.
  • Ensure the reception, sorting, and distribution of orders and mail.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the customer service team and the sales department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service (required).
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the photography industry (an asset).

Pre-Production Agent - Photography

JOB SUMMARY

The person holding this position is primarily responsible for cropping photographs according to established standards. They are also in charge of performing green screen background removal for group photos, importing images into the system, and creating orders.  
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate work orders for production using the Salesforce customer management software
  • Receive and import photos into the system, ensuring compliance with client ID cards
  • Ensure the quality of photos (individual and group) according to company standards
  • Report any photos that do not meet quality standards
  • Review and retouch problematic photos
  • Perform green screen background removal and retouch group photos
  • Crop photos according to predetermined standards
  • Provide support for product production and packaging

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skilled in routine tasks
  • Proficient in French (mandatory)
  • Comfortable working on a computer
  • Knowledge of photography (an asset)

Print Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The person holding this position is primarily responsible for assisting printing operators with their printing and production tasks for photographic products. They supply the machines with the required materials and operate the equipment used for finishing work.  
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supply the various printing department machines with the required materials
  • Feed printed products into machines (automatic collator, hole puncher, slicer, folder, etc.)
  • Assist operators during machine setup and adjustments according to established procedures
  • Operate machines used for various finishing tasks (collating, gluing, cutting, folding, punching, stapling, binding, etc.)
  • Ensure the quality of printed products
  • Report any technical or material-related issues to the supervisor
  • Help maintain the printing department by collecting pallets to keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with machine maintenance and perform required inspections

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the printing or high-quality production sector (an asset)

Packaging Clerk

JOB SUMMARY

The person holding this position is primarily responsible for assembling the various items required by the schools and completing orders according to the provided work sheet. They ensure that all ordered items are properly packed and ready for shipment.  
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble all ordered items according to the requirements of the schools (number of proofs, requested order, etc.) in preparation for shipment
  • Assemble and attach identification cards to the proofs and organize them according to the specified order
  • Prepare all required products (CDs, invoices, labels, etc.) for customer order processing
  • Ensure compliance between the ordered items and the work sheet

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Proficiency in French

Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a graphic designer to join our production team. The selected candidate will play a key role in preparing and designing school photo-related products, including graduation albums, class mosaics, student cards, green screen photos, and group photo montages.

This position requires precision, attention to detail, and efficiency in a high-volume production environment.  
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, adapt, and layout templates in InDesign for albums, mosaics, and other school products
  • Perform photo retouching and group photo montages according to 36Pix quality standards>/li>
  • Integrate and process green screen photos
  • Ensure visual consistency and adherence to established graphic standards
  • Carefully review documents and perform quality control before printing or delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to meet tight deadlines
  • Perform any other tasks related to graphic production

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma (DEC) in graphic design or equivalent training
  • Experience in graphic design, ideally in a production and layout context
  • Excellent command of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; Illustrator is an asset
  • Experience in photo retouching and working with green screens (a significant asset)
  • Good level of French (written and spoken); intermediate English (written)

Daytime position, weekdays, from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM (variable). Part-time: minimum 3 to 4 days per week from early September to mid-October.
