We just wrapped up an incredible few days in Raleigh, North Carolina at SPOA’s International Summit for School Photography and Yearbooks, and we want to extend a big thank you to the organizers for hosting such a well-run and inspiring event. The show was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other high-volume photography studios, exchange ideas, and learn from some of the best in the business.
Our team had the pleasure of participating in four engaging presentations and roundtable discussions focused on key industry topics like running a studio with 301+ schools, school photography marketing, owning and acquiring a school photography studio, and AI-driven photo editing. These conversations were not only insightful — they also reinforced just how much innovation and growth is happening in school photography.
One of the highlights for us was officially launching Eva, our brand-new photographer performance software. Eva is designed to evaluate photographers based on image exposure, blurriness, glasses glare, face shine, lack of smile, and closed eyes. It’s the kind of tool our industry has been missing for years — finally giving studios a fast, objective, and scalable way to evaluate photographers.
Whether you’re managing a small team or hundreds of photographers, Eva fits right into your workflow. It can be used on its own or easily added on if you’re already working with us for background removal, color correction, or glare correction.
Thank you again to everyone who stopped to chat with us — we loved meeting you and sharing what we’ve been working on. We’re already looking forward to next year!
